Form packets created using the Healthcare Form Manager are available to be signed using the OnBase Mobile Healthcare app. For more information, see the Mobile Healthcare module reference guide.
After finalizing a form packet in the OnBase Mobile Healthcare app, if you need to immediately assign another form packet to the same patient, return to the module selection screen in the app before assigning the new form packet in the Healthcare Form Manager. This allows the Mobile Healthcare app to refresh the packets view on the device after the new form packet is assigned.
