Access the Application |
Users must belong to a User Group that has the Healthcare Form Manager medical record privilege assigned. See Healthcare Form Manager Access Privilege. |

Search for Charts |
Users who can access the Healthcare Form Manager require no additional privileges to search for charts. The contents of charts are not viewable within Healthcare Form Manager. Only assigned form packets can be viewed. |

Assign Forms |
To assign forms, users must have rights to a form packet the forms belong to. See Assigning User Groups. Users can assign custom packets composed of forms from any packet the users have rights to. Users cannot assign a form to a patient unless they have rights to a form packet the form belongs to. |

Preview Forms |
Users who can access the Healthcare Form Manager require no additional privileges to preview and modify forms assigned to a patient. |

Modify Forms |
To modify and submit a form, users must have rights to modify the Document Type the form belongs to. To modify existing Unity Forms, users must have the Modify privilege assigned. To complete Image Forms, users must have the Create Revisions privilege assigned. |

Delete Forms |
To delete a form, users must have rights to the Document Type the form belongs to. |
