Before installing Healthcare Form Manager, ensure the database and application servers are set up.

To prepare the servers:

  1. Install a supported database on your database server.
  2. Install the OnBase Application Server. See the Application Server module reference guide.
  3. On the Healthcare Form Manager server, do the following:

    • Install a supported server operating system.

    • Install a supported version of IIS.

    • Install .NET Framework. See the general requirements chapter of the Installation Requirements manual.

  4. If OnBase is licensed for Concurrent Client for EMR Integrations, see Concurrent Client for EMR Integrations Licensing to ensure the Application Server consumes the correct licenses.
