In addition to the previous considerations, the following should be considered with regard to general deployments:

Beginning in OnBase 17, the Healthcare Form Manager does not allow users to assign form packets configured using the Registration packet type. If necessary, update all packets for Clinical Consents to use the Clinical packet type.

Beginning in OnBase 17, packets available in the Healthcare Form Manager must be assigned a category. Be sure to create categories and assign them to form packets in Form Packet Configuration. Each form packet for Clinical Consents must be assigned at least one category.
Prior to OnBase 17, Clinical Consents form packets were assigned to one or more departments. As of OnBase 17, departments for Clinical Consent packets have been replaced with categories.
