If there are specific forms you assign frequently, you can designate them as favorites. Your favorite forms are listed first in the Available Forms list, and they can easily be added to a packet using the Add Favorites button.
To designate your favorite forms:

Click the Add Forms button in the Currently Assigned Forms list.
The Create New Patient Packet dialog is displayed.

If necessary, use the filter drop-down lists to filter available forms. For more information, see Filtering Available Forms.
Note:Forms may belong to multiple categories or packets. If a form is marked as a favorite in one category or packet, it will be marked as a favorite in all other categories and packets to which it belongs.

Rest your pointer over a form you want to designate as a favorite. The Mark as Favorite icon is displayed to the right of the form.

Click the Mark as Favorite icon to designate the form as a favorite. A gold star indicates the form is marked as a favorite.
