Currently Assigned Forms—Lists forms that are pending or in progress for the specified patient. Each form is preceded by an internal packet ID number. If the patient has forms pending or in progress for multiple charts, then this list is divided into sections by chart. The text in the blue bar displays the admit date and chart ID number for each chart. Click a blue bar to view the existing forms. |
