Select the Documents radio button to indicate that the item that you want to cross-reference to OnBase is a document within the select document type. Select this button for Terminal Cross-Referencing.

Select Screen Scrape to indicate that you want OnBase to take all of the entries from the terminal emulation screen and place them into the Index dialog box in the Client module. Click this button for Terminal Screen Scraping.

The Keep existing keywords when scraping option allows you to keep the value(s) that are already entered for a document, but also adds the keyword value(s) from the screen scrape to the document.

Select the Folders radio button to indicate that the item that you want to cross-reference to in OnBase is the selected folder. Select this button for Terminal Cross-Referencing.

Select Allow Click Anywhere and you will be able to double-click anywhere on the terminal emulation screen to display the document that was cross-referenced. (Do not select this if configuring for screen scraping).

When you have finished configuring the action fields, click Save. Select a saved action field to activate the Keywords and Date buttons. These will allow you to configure keywords and configure dates. You also can configure these two options by clicking the Configure Keywords or Configure Date Field buttons from the Terminal Emulation screen.
