To remove double lettering on the mainframe product
Contact Customer Support for access to request the rumba2000.zip file.
When installing RUMBA2000 you will need to install 2 service packs or else, inside OnBase, the keystrokes will echo and you'll see two characters per keystroke.
The place to get this file is via FTP as follows:
Download MF60006.exe from
ftp://ftp.walldata.com/Download/RUMBA/PTFs/MFrame/Win95_NT/5.0/English/
Download SYS60006.exe from
ftp://ftp.walldata.com/Download/RUMBA/PTFs/System/Win95_NT/English/
Create a folder for each .exe. Run each .exe to extract the PTF files. Run the Wall Data PTF Installer, located in the RUMBA 2000 | Administrative Tools folder on your desktop. Enter the path to one of the PTFs to apply. Repeat for the second PTF. Reboot and test.
