”Failed to load mousehook.dll” error message. Make sure the Winhook.dll is in the system32 directory or the OnBase directory.

Failed to Open Communications Link when using TERM_IN.LOG. The file probably has not been created or is not in the proper directory. Make sure the file is in the OnBase directory or the root of the C drive. Also make sure the file is not read-only.

When upgrading versions, you will most likely need to recreate the key mapping file.

Key mapping files should be stored in a location for all to have access.
