RUMBA AS400 and RUMBA5.2 AS400 links give you access to the host computer and host applications using an AS/400 application.
RUMBA Main Frame and RUMBA5.2 Main Frame links give you access to your host computer and host applications using a mainframe (host computer). Mainframes are high-power computer systems that allow for multiple tasks to be performed and accessed by multiple users.
RUMBA Unix and RUMBA5.2 Unix links give you access to the host computer and host applications using UNIX, which is multi-user, multi-tasking operating system that is widely used as the master control program in workstations and servers.
To configure either cross-referencing or screen scraping settings for the RUMBA link, open the RUMBA program and configure all the settings in this program. When you have completed configuring all settings in RUMBA, you can continue with cross-referencing or screen scraping in the Client module.
In the Client module, click the Host Session icon from the toolbar. This will open the Terminal Emulation screen.
