After you have determined that the batch is valid, it can be indexed so it can later be committed.
To index a batch:

From the Web Client, click Batch Indexing from the main menu's Document section. The Batch Indexing layout is displayed.
- Select the status queue in which the newly processed batch is stored.
- Select the batch to index.
- Right-click the batch and select Index Documents. See the Document Imaging documentation for full details on indexing a batch of documents using the Web Client.
- After a batch has been indexed, the batch moves to the Awaiting Commit queue. The Awaiting Commit queue is not available within the Web Client Batch Indexing layout. See the following sections for working with batches in this queue:
