You can ensure that no documents were lost, mishandled, or misidentified by comparing the number of documents that were actually imported into OnBase to the number of documents that were expected to be imported. If the two numbers do not match, the process format configuration should be examined for accuracy and the associated XML files should be checked for errors, such as scrambled or corrupt data.
