You can troubleshoot logs and errors in the Diagnostics Console and Verification Reports.
Logging in the Diagnostics Console is automatically enabled and cannot be disabled. Logs are recorded on the HxCImport tab in the Diagnostics Console. For more information on installing and configuring the Diagnostics Console, see the Diagnostics Service and Diagnostics Console documentation.
Errors during processing are also recorded in the Verification Report for each processed batch. For more information on Verification Reports and what information they provide, see The Importance of Verification Reports.
