Creating a Keyword list creates an output file containing common Keyword Values of selected batches. This feature is useful for creating a text file that can be imported into another system for verification or updating another application.
To create a Keyword List:

In the OnBase Client, select Processing | Scan/Index. The Document Imaging window is displayed.
- From the left pane containing the list of Scan Queues and status queues, select the Committed status queue.
- From the Scanned Batches pane, select all batches you want to use to create a Keyword List.

Right-click the selected batches and select Create Keyword List. The Generate List Report Based on Keywords dialog box is displayed.

From the Report Keywords section, in the Available list, do one of the following:

To add one Keyword Type at a time, select a Keyword Type and click Add.

To add all available Keyword Types, click Add All.
The Keyword Types are added to the Selected list.Note:The order of the Keyword Types in the Selected list determine the order of the Keyword Types listed in the text file. To change the order of the Keyword Types, select a Keyword Type and click Move Up or Move Down.

- From the Report Options section, in the Delimiter field, enter a delimiter to use to separate Keyword Values in the index file. For example, if double quotes (") are used, the index file would contain Keyword Values within double quotes: "123"

Select a separator to differentiate between each Keyword Value and the next.

Custom
Separates each of the Keyword Values with a specific character. Enter the character to use in the field to the right of the Custom Separator option.
Newline
Separates each of the Keyword Values with a new line in the text file.
Tab
Separates each of the Keyword Values with a tabbed space in the text file.
- Select Add Keyword Type Name Header Row if you want the name of the Keyword Type to be included as a header in the text file for each column of Keyword Values.
- Select a date separator from the Date Separator option. Dates can be separated with a forward slash (01/01/2020) or a hyphen (01-01-2020).
- Click Browse to designate the location and name of the output text file.
- Click OK. The text file is generated in the specified location.
