If you have determined the batch to be unsuccessful, the batch should be purged.
To purge the batch:
From the OnBase Client, select Processing | Scan/Index. The Document Imaging window is displayed.
From the list of status queues in the top left pane, select the status queue in which the newly processed batch is stored. The batches for the selected status queue are displayed in the right pane.
Locate the batch to purge.
Right-click the batch and select Purge Selected. All data from the batch is permanently deleted.
