Once a batch is committed and in the Commit queue, additional options are available from the right-click menu:
Menu Option |
Description |
---|---|
Locate Batch |
Allows you to find a batch within the batch status queue by searching by a text string. The string can appear in any of the descriptions of the batch (for example, Batch #, Batch Name, or Scan Date - Time). Once you click OK, the first batch associated with the string is displayed and selected. Note:
When searching by a time value, you must enter a string in the following format to yield any matches: HH:MM:SS AM/PM. For instance, if you are searching by a time value for 9:00 AM, entering 9:00 AM will not yield a match but entering 9:00:00 AM will. |
Rename Batch |
Allows you to rename the batch. |
Redate Batch |
Modifies the document dates for items in the batch. Since most document Auto-Name strings contain the Document Date, this option will rename the documents as well. Depending on the number of documents in the batch, this option may take some time. |
View Documents |
Displays a list of the documents in the batch. |
Clear Selected |
Deselects the selected items. |
Purge Selected |
Deletes selected batches. Note:
If a user is working within this batch, it is locked to other users attempting to index or purge it. |
Send To |
Opens a drop-down list with the following options: Note:
The following options are not respected if the selected batch is locked by another user.
Note:
This option is only available when selecting batches that belong to a custom capture process. For more information on this option, see Sending a Batch to a Specific Status Step. |
