When working with batches that do not belong to the active custom capture process in the Batch Processing layout, you can send these batches directly to the active custom capture process. This allows you to send already-imported documents for custom capture processing without having to manually re-import these documents as a new batch.
To use this option in the Batch Processing layout, right-click on a batch and select Send To | Active Capture Process. The Send To: Active Capture Process dialog box is displayed.
To send the batch to the beginning of the active custom capture process, click Send. The status of each affected document is also reset (for example, an indexed document is resent to unindexed) when the document is sent to the active capture process.
