To configure archived notifications:
- In the General tab of the notification's Properties pane, select Archive Notifications.

In the Document Type drop-down list, select the Document Type that will store the archived notification.
CAUTION:
The Document Type that will store the archived notification cannot be the same Document Type as the working document.
Note:If the Archive Notifications option is selected, you must choose a Document Type. If there is no Document Type selected, the notification will not be archived.
- If you want any attachments to be archived, select Archive Attachments.
- Save the notification.
