In an XDS community, the OnBase IHE Service uses ITI-42 (Register Document Set-b) to register documents with a Document Registry.
The following events can trigger an ITI-42 transaction:

A document set is submitted to OnBase via ITI-41 (XDS).

A Queue IHE Message Workflow action.

A document is imported or created in OnBase using a Document Type that has been configured to register documents.
