The AppServerTimeout setting allows you to set the number of seconds allowed to pass before making Application Server calls to see if the document sets belonging to a custom capture process are ready to be sent to the OnBase Client for processing.
If AppServerTimeout is set to -1, or if no value is present, then the default value of 90 seconds is used. To use a different timeout interval, set a different integer value.
Tip:
Set the value greater than 90 seconds if the volume of data takes longer than 90 seconds to retrieve from the Application Server.
