When set to 0, the right side of the OnBase Configuration window is maximized.
When set to a value other than 0, the right side of the OnBase Configuration window reflects this value.
This setting can also be modified by selecting Utils | Configuration Window Size| Save Window Configuration in the OnBase Configuration module.
