This setting limits the duration the DICOM Listener can write to a specific log file. Valid values are Day, Hour, and Minute. The default value is Day, which means each log file will only contain up to one day of data.
When the DICOM Listener needs to log a message after the roll period elapses, it creates a new log file automatically. The new file has the same name as the previous one, except it includes an integer that increments with each new file.
For example, if the original file is VnaLog_x_x_x.log, then the next file will be VnaLog_x_x_x_1.log. The file after that will be VnaLog_x_x_x_2.log, and so on.
