If your password has expired in OnBase and you are prompted to change it, the Change Password page is displayed.

To change your password:

  1. Enter your expired password in the Old Password field.
    Note:

    You cannot change the user name when changing a password.

  2. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
  3. Enter your new password again in the Confirm New Password field.
  4. Click Submit. If the user is successfully authenticated using the expired password, the user is logged in and that user's password is changed to the new password.
