You can assign the enclosures and reconciliation items for a statement type.

Statement enclosures allow for informational pages to be included with the statement (marketing information, newsletter, etc.). To make a page available for as an enclosure, it must be imported into the SYS Overlay Images Document Type. Although this is an overlay Document Type, it is not standard overlays that are used as an additional layer over a document. Printing is affected by the size of the reconciliation page overlay. Ensure that the overlay is appropriately sized.

Customized information (reconciliation page) can also be printed on the back side of the first page.

To assign enclosures and reconciliations items to a statement type:

  1. Select Printing | Enclosures / Reconciliation Items.

    If this is the first time you are accessing this menu, the following message is displayed:

    This system has not yet been upgraded to support the latest configuration of enclosures for image statements. Do you want to perform this upgrade now?

    Note: Once this upgrade takes place, you will have to stop and restart any clients or print servers that perform image statement rendering so they are updated with this change to the configured enclosures.

    Clicking OK twice upgrades the configuration.

    The Enclosures / Reconciliation Items dialog box is displayed.

  2. Select the Statement Type for which you want to make assignments from the drop-down list.
  3. If appropriate, select the correct Reconciliation Item from the drop-down list.
  4. If appropriate, select the correct enclosure(s) from the Available Enclosures box and click Add>>.
  5. You can configure another statement type by repeating steps 2-4.
  6. Click Close when finished.
    Note:

    After this has been configured, depending on your Global Client Settings, the Add Enclosure / Reconciliation Item(s) right-click menu option may be available from document search results lists and folders in the OnBase Client. For more information, see Global Client Settings.
