Clicking this button displays the Institution Disk Group Settings dialog box, which allows you to specify what disk group archived statements are saved to, based on institution.

Note:

When a disk group is configured by institution, the configuration is automatically applied to all statement types.

  1. In the Statement Type settings dialog box, click Configure By Institution. The Institution Disk Group Settings dialog box is displayed.
  2. Enter an Institution number and click Add Institution. Institution numbers entered here should coincide with values for the Institution # Keyword Type (Keyword Type #54).
    Note:

    If your secondary documents are being processed into OnBase using a check processor, the Institution # value may be matched to the Institution # value extracted from the secondary document.

  3. Select the Institution number for the Institution box.
  4. Select the appropriate disk group from the Disk Group drop-down menu.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Repeat steps 1-5 for each Institution number you want to associate with a disk group.
  7. Click Close when you are finished.
    Note:

    If an Institution number exists and is not associated with a disk group in the Institution Disk Group Settings dialog box, the archived statements will be saved to the disk group specified in the Archive Statement Disk Group drop-down menu.

Any Institution number can be deleted by selecting it and clicking Delete in the Institution Disk Group Settings dialog box.
