The Crippled Statement section is used when the match style is set to Kirchman ATE, Match File, or Embedded Match File. This section allows you to specify how to treat statements that are found to be missing secondary documents, or crippled statements.

When this option is selected, the individual print job will abort once a statement is determined to have missing documents. |

Place Crippled Statements in a Folder |
When this option is selected, OnBase creates a folder for the statement job and places the crippled document in the folder for user review. Once the issue has been resolved, the individual statements can be re-rendered from the folder. For information on ordering crippled statements within the folder, see Configuring Sequence Numbers in the Crippled Statements Folder. Note:
If the statements are generated from a batch, all the crippled statements from the printing of that batch are placed in the same folder. Note:
If the primary document in the crippled statement has an Institution # keyword, an additional level of foldering will be generated. |

Use Missing Image Limit |
When this option is selected, a crippled statement is determined based on the number entered in the Missing Image Limit field. When the Missing Image Limit is Percentage of Total option is not selected, the number of missing documents must be equal to or greater than the number entered in order for a statement to be crippled. When the Missing Image Limit is Percentage of Total option is selected, the percentage of missing documents must be equal to or greater than the percentage of missing documents in order for a statement to be crippled. Percentage is calculated based on the expected number of documents specified in a match file or header, depending on the match style used. These options pertain to the Match File, Embedded Match File, and Dynamic Documents match styles. |

Report Only Errors |
When this option is selected, the statement auto-name string is listed in the statement report only when an error occurs during printing. The default behavior is for the report to detail each statement printed. |

Divert Statements |
When this option is selected, a Page Limit can be specified. The number entered specifies the minimum number of pages a statement must have to be diverted. Statements diverted to this folder will not be printed or archived. Note:
If the Divert Statements option is selected along with the Use separate jobs for printing and archiving and Add enclosure only during archival options, the Enclosure page is added to the statement before the Page Limit is checked. The additional page can cause the statement to meet or exceed the configured Page Limit, causing the statement to be diverted to the Diverted Statements folder and not be archived. The diverted folder can be found in the Crippled Statements Folders file cabinet in the OnBase Client. The statement is diverted to a folder named Diverted Statement Folder -XX/XX/XXXX, by default, where XX/XX/XXXX is the date the statement was rendered. In order to render a statement for printing and archiving that has been diverted to this folder using this option, another statement type that does not have this option selected must be used. Note:
Autoname strings for the diverted folder type can be configured in the folder type configuration. See folder documentation for more information. If a statement exceeds the Page Limit and it is crippled, it will be placed in a crippled statements folder. Note:
When used in conjunction with Document Distribution and the distribution method is only printing, statements will be sent to the diverted folder. If another distribution method is used, the statements will not be sent to the diverted statement folder, regardless of other criteria. |
