Allows for configuration of specific output parameters that are not controlled by the print format.
General Settings Option |
Description |
---|---|
Print Entire Batch Regardless of Primary Document Type |
Prints all statements in a batch when rendering statements that use multiple Document Types within the batch. |
Use Number of Pages from Primary Document |
Assigns a Reconciliation Page to the Statement Type while excluding the Reconciliation Page from the statement's page count. For example, if a statement has 4 pages (2 text pages and 2 pages of secondary documents) and a Reconciliation Page configured under the Primary Document Type settings, the total page count will be 4. The Reconciliation Page will print but will not be counted in the total page count. If this option is not selected, the total page count will be 5. The Reconciliation Page will print and be counted in the total page count. This option assumes only one Reconciliation Page exists. Note:
Select this option only if you have a Reconciliation Page configured. |
Order Rendering Based on Match File |
Orders statements based on the order of the statements in the match file, rather than by Keyword Type. |
Allow Different Repeat Keys for Secondary Document Types from Checks - On Us |
Allows statements which have secondary documents in Document Type Group 90 (Checks on Us and Related Images) to use different repeat Keyword Types relating the primary document to the secondary documents. When this option is selected, it is not necessary to have one common Keyword Type among all documents in the statement. When this option is not selected, matching is processed from the first repeat Keyword Type on the first secondary Document Type. This means not all intended repeat Keyword Types may be accounted for in the statement rendering. Note:
This option only needs to be selected when secondary documents with repeat Keyword Type functionality are in the Document Type Group 90. |
Force Entire Statement to Render In Color |
Forces both primary documents and secondary documents with color overlays to print in color. |
Force Primary to Render in Color |
Forces only primary documents with color overlays to print in color. |
Force Secondaries to Render In Color |
Forces only secondary documents with color overlays to print in color. When this option is selected and the Use separate jobs for printing and archiving option is not selected, both the printed and archived document will preserve the color overlay. When this option is selected and the Use separate jobs for printing and archiving option is selected, only the archived document will preserve the color overlay. |
Set Max Print Job Size for Single Print Job |
Allows splitting a single print job into multiple print jobs when the single print job exceeds a specified size. When this option is selected, the user is able to enter a Size Limit (KB) in kilobytes for the maximum size of a single print job. Note:
The print job size check is performed after the completion of each statement. The print job size may exceed the configured limit if statements in the batch are large. |
Sort Secondaries by Keyword Only |
Sorts secondary documents only by Keyword Type. When this option is not selected, documents are sorted first by Document Type, then by Keyword Type. This option is useful when a rendered statement contains secondary documents for more than one repeat Keyword Type. For example, the Keyword Type Account # is a repeat Keyword Type. There are secondary documents for multiple account numbers. If this option is selected and a statement is rendered, all secondary documents for the first Account # will be displayed, then all secondary documents for the second Account # will be displayed. Note:
This option is not available if the Match File Match Style is selected. |
Do Not Print Missing Images |
Ensures missing image bitmaps on missing secondary documents are not printed. When this option is selected, it also does the following:
The document with missing image bitmaps is skipped without being recorded in the statement. |
Disregard Extra Images |
Ignores extra images that are related to the statement type. When selected, extra images are not included in the report. Note:
This option is only available when the Match File, Embedded Match, or Dynamic Documents Match Style is selected. |
Do Not Archive or Distribute if Error Occurs During Archival |
Ensures Document Distribution does not archive a statement or distribute a statement to a recipient if the archival fails during rendering. If this option is not selected, the primary document will be archived and distributed to a recipient if the archival fails during rendering. |
