Image Statements

Image Statements
Foundation 22.1

If Image Statements is not working properly, verify the following:

  • In Configuration, select a Document Type group of your secondary document by selecting Printing | Statement Types | Settings | General Settings from the menu bar.

  • If you have multiple secondary Document Types, all Document Types should be in same Document Type group.

  • Be sure to configure the repeated keyword (if there is no repeated keyword, secondary document will not print when using a Standard Matching style).

  • If the secondary Document Type has key group assigned, then you need to select the key type group in Configuration by selecting Printing | Statement Type | Settings | Secondary Document Settings from the menu bar.

  • If there is more than one secondary Document Type and a key type group is assigned to the statement type, all secondary Document Types must have the same Keyword Type Group.

  • If you wish to configure Image Statements to render OMR marks on PDF documents, the PDFs must be converted to image documents on import via the PDF Input Filter. See the PDF Input Filter documentation for more information.

  • For batch rendering, you need the database license for Image Statements.

  • Print cluster is only for batch rendering.

If you encounter a General Error or StartDoc Error invalid port or memory error, the printer settings might need to be adjusted. In the properties for the printer, deselect the Enable advanced printing features option on the Advanced tab.

If you have unexpected printer output, you can try reverting to a previous rendering engine to remedy the problem. To revert to a previous rendering engine:

  1. In the Configuration module, select Users | Global Client Settings. The Global Client Settings dialog box is displayed.
  2. On the Processing tab, select the Force compatible Image Statement software rendering option.
  3. Click Save.
