This option for statement rendering should be used when a statement is crippled, but needs to be rendered anyway. Rendering a statement from the crippled statement folder will override the settings that crippled the statement in the first place, producing a statement. These statements can be archived, distributed, and printed.

To render statements from the crippled statements folder:

  1. Click on the file cabinet icon to access your system's crippled statements file cabinets and folders. For more information about folders and file cabinets, please see Folders documentation.
  2. Click on a folder to access its crippled statements. Click on a statement to display it in the document viewer.
  3. Right-click and select Render Statement. The Render Statement dialog box displays.
  4. Set the desired parameters to render the statement.

    Statement Rendering Parameter

    Description

    Print Queue

Specifies OnBase print queue that will receive the print request. This dialog box will display, by default, the print queue for the workstation selected.

    Statement Type

Specifies the Statement Type that will be used to produce the rendered statement(s).

    Distribution Process

If Image Statements is being used in conjunction with Document Distribution, this drop-down option is used to select the specific delivery process for the rendered statements.

    Distribution Print Queue

This drop-down menu is only enabled when a Distribution Process is selected for a Statement Type that has been configured to use separate jobs for printing and archiving. The print queue selected in this drop-down list will be used for the distribution copy rendering.

    Date

This parameter, combined with the From and To text boxes, allows you to specify a date range to be applied to the secondary documents that are found in OnBase.

These dates will be applied if the statement type is configured to have OnBase match with the dates entered on the dialog box. Otherwise the statement type will determine the range for the secondary documents.

    Single Print Job

Selecting this check box causes all of the statements that are rendered to be a part of the same Windows print job. Normally, each statement is printed as its own Windows print job.

    Print Crippled Statements

Will print a statement even if the statement is crippled.

    Produce Statement Even if Crippled

Will create a statement even if the statement is crippled.

    Note:

If you wish to print a statement as well as produce one, Print Crippled Statement must be selected in conjunction with this option.
