Depending on your system's configuration, statements that exceed a certain number of pages may be diverted to a folder. Statements that are diverted are not printed or archived. Diverted statements are placed in the Cripple Statements Folders filing cabinet. Diverted statements are placed in a folder typically named Diverted Statement Folder -XX/XX/XXXX where XX/XX/XXXX is the date the statement was rendered. In order to render statements to print and/or archive, you must use a statement type that does not divert statements that exceed a certain number of pages to a folder.
