Print options allow you to control the appearance of the secondary documents in a printed statement.
To configure print options, select the Print Options button from the Secondary Document Type dialog box. The Print Options dialog box is displayed.
The following table describes the options in the Print Options dialog box.

Primary Keyword Type to Order Printing |
Specifies the order of appearance of secondary documents in a printed statement based on a primary Keyword Type. Secondary documents will be ordered first by the selected primary Keyword Type, then the selected secondary Keyword Type if one is chosen. Note:
If no Keyword Types are specified for sorting, the secondary documents will print in the order they are listed in the match file. |

Font for Text |
Specifies the font for a text Document Type when the secondary documents are printed. The specified font is also used for displayed messages related to the Front Image Not Available and Back Image Not Available options when these options are selected. Note:
If a font is selected, the selected font will override the font configured for the print format selected in the Print Format drop-down list. |
Print Format |
Specifies a print format configuration when secondary documents are printed. For more information on using print formats with Image Statements, see Special Considerations for Use of Print Formats with Image Statements. Tip:

Print First Page Only |
Prints the first page of each secondary document when multiple pages exist. When this option is selected, the Back Image Not Available option selection will not be printed for missing images in secondary documents during rendering. |
Use Redacted Rendition |
Prints the redacted version of a document as long as the following conditions are met:

Begin New Documents on Front Page |
Configures every secondary document of a statement belonging to the selected Document Type to start on a front page. |
Continue on Same Page for Next Primary Key |
Prevents a page break when the repeat Keyword Type value changes. Rendered embedded statements are sorted according to the configured Keyword Type. |
Continue on Same Page for Next Document Type |
Prevents a page break when the secondary Document Type changes. |
Continue Secondaries on Same Page as Primary |
Allows secondary documents to begin printing on the same page as the primary document. Note:
When this option is selected, the primary Document Type and the secondary Document Type must use the same print format. |
