The Embedded Match match style allows you to specify an image to display in the place of a missing document.
To specify an image for a missing document:
Click the Match Style Settings button. The Embedded Match File Settings dialog box is displayed.
- Select a bitmap to use from the Unavailable Document Bitmap drop-down list. The bitmaps available for selection are those stored in the SYS System Icons Document Type. If no bitmap is selected, a default placeholder is displayed in place of the missing document.
Enter an alias in the Statement Type Alias field to indicate which Statement Type settings to print. The maximum number of characters allowed in the Statement Type Alias field is 7.
When using an alias, some alias settings take precedence over the default Statement Type settings. All archive settings for the statement are designated by the alias, except Archive Crippled Statements and Archive Statement into System.
In the Secondary Documents Page Header field, enter a header to print on secondary Document Types, for example, Account Number (%A) for (%C) as of (%D). You can enter static text into the field and/or select from the following text options:
Adds the statement code embedded in the statement to the header.
Adds the account number embedded in the statement to the header.
Adds the customer name embedded in the statement to the header.
Adds the date from the start of the statement to the header.
Adds the date from the end of the statement to the header.
Space - Space
Adds a space, a hyphen, and another space to separate static text or the selected text options. For example, Account Number %A - For %C.
Adds the current page number of the statement to the header.
Adds the date the document is printed to the header.
Adds the total number of pages of the document to the header.
In the Page Header Location section, specify the distance in inches from the top left corner of the document to determine the position of the header using the Horizontal Position and Vertical Position fields.
If the Horizontal Position and Vertical Position fields are left blank, the header position specifications in the assigned Print Format are used. If the Horizontal Position and Vertical Position fields have entered header position specifications, the header specifications in the assigned Print Format are ignored and the information in the Horizontal Position and Vertical Position fields are used.
- Click Save.
