The appearance of an overlay on an Archived Statement is not set by configuring the Print Format at the Primary Document Type dialog box. Instead it is set by a combination of the following settings:
-
Assignment of an overlay to the Primary and/or Secondary Document Types
-
Use separate jobs for printing and archiving Statement Type option
In order for an overlay to display on an Archived Statement, the Document Type overlay settings must be configured, and the Use separate jobs for printing and archiving option must be selected. Enabling an overlay on the Print Format settings will apply an overlay to the printed statement.
The table below indicates the conditions under which an overlay will be applied to each type of statement. The Statement Type Conditions must all be configured with the shown Condition Settings to achieve the results in the Overlay Applied. . . cells.
