To create and print Image Statements, you must be properly licensed for the Image Statements module. Image Statements requires the Image Statements license.
Image Statements also requires a valid Client license. For information regarding the functionality available with each license, see Legacy License Functionality.
Check your current licensing status by selecting Utils | Product Licenses from the Configuration module.
