Whenever a statement is rendered, a report is created detailing the processing and rendering of the statement or statements. Depending on the settings, this report will contain information for every statement that was printed, or it will only contain any errors encountered in the rendering process. This report is the first thing to look at if the printed statement was not what you were expecting to see. These reports will be saved into OnBase once the rendering of the statements is complete. In the case of a statement or statements being printed from a select list, the report can be found in the SYS User Printing Reports document type. If an entire batch was rendered, the report will be found in the SYS Batch Printing Reports document type. In either case the report follows the same basic format as described below.
