Ensure that all users receiving notifications have an email address configured in the Configuration module.
To configure an email address for a user:
- Select Users | User Names / Passwords. The User Names & Passwords dialog box is displayed.
- Select the user and click Settings.
- In the User's Email field, enter the user's email address.
- Click Save.
- Click Close to exit the User Names & Passwords dialog box.
