To configure exceptions to DEP settings:

In the Data Execution Prevention tab, the Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select option should be already selected.
CAUTION:
Do NOT select this option if it is not already selected. Selecting this option enables a higher DEP security level, which could potentially cause issues with other applications on your system.

Click Add...

Browse out to the location of your OnBase Configuration and/or Client executable files. Click Open.
Note:
The location of the executables must be full paths.

Selected applications will display in the exceptions list.
If you continue to experience problems, consult your service provider.
