The Web Client is supported on the following browsers in Windows:

  • Google Chrome 113 or later

  • Microsoft Edge on Chromium 113 or later

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11)

  • Mozilla Firefox 112 or later

  • Mozilla Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) 102 or later

Note:

As of OnBase Foundation EP5, Microsoft EdgeHTML (Edge Legacy) is no longer supported. If you are using any version of EdgeHTML, you should not upgrade to OnBase Foundation 23.1 until you have upgraded to a browser supported by OnBase.
