In addition to the standard Client licensing scheme, Institutional Databases can also be licensed with the Enterprise Concurrent License by Institution. This license can be assigned to specific Institutions. When an Institution is assigned this license, the number of concurrent Client users that can be logged in at one time is unlimited. To assign an Institution to this license:

  1. Select Utils | Institution Names. The Institution Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select the appropriate Institution.
  3. Click Settings. The <Institution Name> Settings dialog box is displayed.
  4. Select the Allow Enterprise Concurrent Licensing.
    Note:

    This check box is only displayed if the database is licensed for Enterprise Concurrent License.

  5. Click Save.
