When a Class of Service is configured for a Document Distribution Process, both process configuration parameters and customer information must be restricted on a user-to-user basis. If customer information is not restricted, it is possible that two different recipients with the same set of keywords (but of different institutions) will receive each other's documents. If configuration parameters are not restricted, incorrect delivery methods may be used for an institution.
If a Document Distribution Process uses a Class of Service, the following modifications must be performed in order to ensure proper operation with an institutional database:
