Customer information can also be imported using the Customer Importer Processor.
If customer information is imported via the Customer Information Importer, >>Institution Name or >>Institution Number must be included in the Field Order parameters configured for the Importer. The appropriate value for either of these fields must also exist in the customer information file being imported.
