In order to maintain segregation of customer information in an institutional database, an institution must be specified as a Process ID keyword when the distribution process is created. The institution is also used to route the document delivery E-Form though the Document Distribution Workflow. To add Institution # as a Process ID keyword in Configuration:

  1. Click Distribution Process under Printing | Document Distribution. The Distribution Process dialog box is displayed.
  2. Click on the distribution process you want to add the keyword to.
  3. Click Customer ID Keywords. The Process Customer ID Keywords dialog box is displayed.

Keywords that will be used to match rendered documents to the distribution process are selected at this dialog box.

  4. Ensure that the Institution # keyword type is included in the Selected Keywords list on the right. If it is not included, select the Institution # keyword type in the Available Keywords list and click Add>>.

If multiple keyword types are added, the Move Up and Move Down buttons can be used to sequence the keywords.

Use Remove to unassign the keyword from the distribution process.

    Note:

The Institution # keyword value must match the value on both the primary and secondary documents, and must have been predefined prior to statement rendering.

  5. Click Save to store the Keyword settings.
