Values can be added to the AutoFill Keyword Set both manually and using the AutoFill Keyword Set Importer Processor. (Refer to Creating AutoFill Keyword Sets for Institutions.)
Users are not restricted from manually entering any value for Institution # into an AutoFill Keyword Set, nor is the AutoFill Keyword Set Importer Processor restricted from processing any values into the set based on the currently logged in user. However, after the Keyword values are imported, users belonging to certain institutions will only be able to view the keyword values associated with their institution.
