You can specify an email address for an institution. To set an email address for an Institution:

  1. In the <Institution Name> Settings dialog box, enter appropriate address in the Email Address field.
  2. If you want to disable the use of the email address, select the Disable Institution Email Address Spoofing check box. When this is checked, SMTP Mail settings will determine the email address for documents belonging to an Institution which has the check box selected. This option is available in a layer 2 or layer 3 database.
  3. If you want to rescan for messages that have not been sent successfully and resend the message, select Enable Notification Resend.
  4. Click Save.
