Documents must be assigned to the configured institutions to properly display in Institutional Databases. To allow for documents to be assigned to institutions, the Institution # keyword must be added to all applicable document types. To do this in Configuration:
Click Document | Document Types. The Document Types dialog box is displayed.
Click on the Document Type you want to include in the institutional database and click Keyword Types. The Keyword Type Assignment dialog box is displayed.
- Select Institutional # from the Available keyword types on the left and click Add. The Institution # keyword type moves to the selected keywords on the right.
- Click Save to store the keyword types available for that Document Type.
Repeat this process for each Document Type that is included in the institutional database.
Any document types that do not have the Institution # keyword assigned to them are not viewable by any institutional users other than Super Users and administrators.
