The restriction of documents on an institutional level is achieved with the Institution # keyword type. The Institution # keyword is assigned at the document level, and restricts the user to viewing only documents whose Institution # keyword value matches the value of the Institution # keyword type assigned as a Security Keyword for the user's User Group.
