When logged into the Client module as an institutional super user, the Select Institution for E-Form dialog box is presented when an E-Form is selected for data entry. This dialog box allows the Super User to submit the data via an E-Form currently configured for any institution.

Note:

If an institution does not have an E-Form currently configured, or <none> is configured as a E-Form for the latest revision of a Document Type, that institution is not displayed in the Select Institution for E-Form dialog box.

The value entered in the field mapped to the Institution # Keyword on the E-Form determines which institution will have access to the E-Form when it is retrieved via the Document Retrieval dialog box.
