After a record is generated and saved, users can import it into OnBase by clicking the OnBase Import Documents option. During import, the document is populated with Keyword Values pulled from fields on the record.
After the record is imported, users can retrieve it by clicking on the OnBase View Documents option. The Application Enabler's native viewer displays the record and allows it to be annotated, cross-referenced to related documents, and e-mailed or faxed directly from the OnBase repository.
