No unique configuration steps are required to use Integration for Azteca Cityworks Server in the Office mode however, the Integration for Azteca Cityworks Server requires the Application Enabler to transfer information between Cityworks and OnBase. See the System Administration documentation for general information on configuring your OnBase system, and the Application Enabler documentation for information on configuring the Application Enabler.
If you intend to use Integration for Azteca Cityworks Server in Respond mode, there are specific configurations required for the integration:

OnBase integration widgets in Cityworks Respond can be used to retrieve and import documents with OnBase for certain Cityworks AMS objects like Work Orders, Service Requests and Inspections.

OnBase integration widgets in Cityworks Respond can also be used in Cityworks PLL Case objects to open Plan Review projects, and retrieve and import plan review project-related documents with OnBase.
