To communicate with the Hyland Office Broker, the Integrated Office Viewer Settings need to be updated. These settings are located in the OnBase Configuration module.
To update the Integrated Office Viewer settings.
- Open OnBase Configuration for the database being used to integrate with Microsoft Office.

Select Utils > Integrated Office Viewer Settings. The Integrated Office Viewer Settings
dialog box is displayed.
- Select Enable Integrated Office Viewer if this option is not already selected.

In the Office Server Path field, enter the path to the
server hosting Microsoft Office.
- For users hosting the Microsoft Office Online Server on-premises, enter the path to that on-premises server.
- For users with their server hosted in the Microsoft 365 cloud, enter https://onenote.officeapps.live.com/.

In the WOPI Endpoint Path field, enter the Hyland Office
Broker URL or OnBase Application Server.
- For systems hosting the Microsoft Office Online Server on-premises, enter the URL that points to the OnBase Application Server with the private subpath appended. For example, https://my.domain/AppServer/private
- For systems using the Microsoft 365 cloud, enter the Hyland Office Broker URL provided by Hyland Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE) during Hyland Office Broker Registration.

In the WOPI Temporary Cache field, use the drop-down
menu to select a cache for temporary files used by the Integrated Office
Viewer.

- For users with their server hosted in the Microsoft 365 cloud, in the Tenant ID field, enter the tenant ID code provided during Hyland Office Broker Registration.
- Click Save.
